About me
As a Marketing Specialist at Osječka pivovara (Osijek Brewery), I create and lead campaigns for the brands in the brewery's portfolio. I also manage marketing for the HoReCa and retail channels, the loyalty program and the organisation of various events. In parallel, through my own marketing business I managed five ongoing clients and occasional one-off projects - from strategy to execution.
Before dedicating myself to marketing, I worked in sales, where I gained valuable experience working with people. I learned to recognise and understand customers' needs and to offer them the products and solutions that best fit their requirements. That experience developed my communication, negotiation and sales skills, which I successfully apply in marketing today.

Campaigns
I led the development of campaigns for national brands from the Osijek Brewery portfolio. I was involved in the entire process, from the first brief and concept, through copywriting and creative direction, to the final materials for production.
Social media
I developed social media strategies and built brands from scratch: visual identity, content and community. I have 5 years of experience in social media and have built some of the most recognisable profiles in their field in the Osijek area, without any paid advertising.
Copywriting
I write the social media copy for the profiles I manage myself. I have written copy for promotional flyers and materials, slogans, scripts for Reels videos and video productions. I tailor the copy to each brand and channel - whether it's an Instagram post or a billboard.
Visual design
I have been using Canva at an advanced level for 5 years. Through MMD Studio I created visual identities, brand kits and promotional materials for clients across different industries. It also makes working with graphic designers easier: I can always mock up an example of what I want, so they understand me faster and we reach the final solution sooner.
Masterpieces of the new generations
The slogan of Osječko Premium is "a masterpiece of the old brewmasters". The task was to come up with the interior branding for our partner bars, and because of the slogan I proposed contacting a local artist to paint his own masterpiece, inspired by ours. When the director rejected the idea of spending €1,600 on a single painting, I proposed a different approach - for the same amount, let's run a student competition with the Academy of Arts and Culture in Osijek. Eleven students applied, and each of them created their own masterpiece inspired by Premium, with no set technique and no restrictions.
The logic was simple: if the slogan is "a masterpiece of the old brewmasters", let the young artists create their own masterpieces. The campaign concept: students paint their masterpieces, we present them at an exhibition at the Osijek Cultural Centre, and the works are then permanently placed in restaurants and cafés across Slavonia and Baranja. Next to each work stands a plaque with the author's name, the title of the work and the campaign details. The goal is to promote the brewers' masterpiece and give young artists lasting visibility.
Instead of one painting, we got eleven original works, a PR story and a lasting brand presence.
My role: the idea, selling the concept to the internal team, organising the collaboration with the Academy and project management through to execution. The exhibition opened on 11 June 2026, and the project was covered by five media outlets, including the Media Marketing portal.

Seasons pass, Osječko remains
NK Osijek football club moved from the iconic Gradski vrt stadium to the Opus Arena. The stands changed, but Osječko remained the fans' beer, as it always was and always will be. That is where the original slogan came from: "The stands change, Osječko remains."
After another club took over Gradski vrt, the management decided to avoid a direct reference to the old stadium and changed the slogan to "Seasons pass, Osječko remains." The idea and the message stayed the same, only the stands were taken out of the headline.
The idea of Osječko lasting through generations is best captured by the script I wrote for the campaign video, which tells the story in three scenes: (1) a man in the 1970s cheering at Gradski vrt with an Osječko beer in his hand, (2) the same man at the beginning of this century with his son at Gradski vrt wearing an Osječko scarf, and finally (3) that man, his son and his grandson all cheering together at the new stadium with one constant - Osječko beer.
It was not conceived as a direct beer ad, but as a portrayal of continuity and belonging to the city.
My role: brief, concept, campaign strategy, video script and copywriting. The key visual was created by Studio 33, the studio behind the NK Osijek rebranding.
The campaign ran on 4 billboards in Osijek, limited-edition 6-packs in retail chains and light pole banners across the city.

luce
Lucija made cakes for her family and closest friends. She completed professional training, decided to become a pastry chef, and contacted me to handle her marketing. She was starting her cake business from scratch and needed someone to build a communication strategy, design a visual identity, and manage her social media and build brand awareness.
I suggested that Lucija herself become the face of her own brand, because I believed a personal story would be the biggest differentiator from the competition.
We built the visual identity around that: a pink background and a consistent visual language from the first post to the last.
I created the social media strategy, prepare a monthly content calendar and shoot all the content myself - the only exception was the introductory hero video, for which I hired an external collaborator.
Within the first six months of operation, Lucija raised her prices twice and began receiving around 100 inquiries a month through Instagram. Cakes now have to be ordered a month in advance. The profile organically reached more than 1,000 followers - without a single cent spent on advertising.

Pannonian Padel
The owners of the Pannonian Padel club contacted me to improve their marketing strategy. They had a social media presence, but no clearly defined target client or content pillars. The content generated views, but it wasn't bringing new players to the club. I presented my strategy and vision for the profile, and they accepted it.
I set up the brand strategy, defined the target customer, content pillars and visual system. Every month I prepare a content calendar, coordinate an external partner who shoots according to my scripts, create content and help them with offline marketing. Each month the client receives a report with analysis and recommendations.
In the first month of our collaboration, reach grew by 134%, views by 70% and interactions by 78%. In April the profile recorded 101,560 views - all without a single cent spent on advertising.

Eurovilla
Five fixed positions on the facade of a building, with specific dimensions and a layout that could not be changed. The building sits at the intersection of two streets in the city centre. Cars pass at 15–20 km/h, and the area also has heavy pedestrian traffic. This gives viewers more time to read the message than a standard billboard would.
Five billboards on one facade with no shared logic - that was the brief. Instead of treating them as five unrelated ads, I turned them into a single narrative. Like a short comic strip.
Buying a property is not an everyday decision. It is stressful, complex and personal. I wanted to communicate that the agency's greatest value is not its property listings, but the fact that the client doesn't have to worry about the things that would otherwise keep them up at night. The client's only worry should be the housewarming party.
The story goes: recognising the stress → credibility → relief → CTA

IzOs commercial
IzOs is a drink for active people, and the task was to show that without generic sports clichés. I came up with a lifestyle video that follows a girl running along the Drava river and training at a fitness centre, focusing on movement and energy rather than the product itself.
The creative backbone of the video is a match cut that ties the two locations into one rhythm: the moment the girl tilts the bottle on the promenade, the scene cuts to the same movement in the gym, continuing seamlessly.
I wrote the script and the voiceover copy, chose the locations and suggested shots to the videographer I hired. I found the actress, coordinated the production and guided the editing. The budget was limited, so I made every creative decision with the goal of getting the most out of the available resources.
The video is intended for Instagram Reels, TikTok and Meta ads.

Root Design
For Root Design I developed a complete social media strategy and a video content concept aligned with the brand's business goals. I wrote the scripts for a series of Reels, coordinated the shoots with the client and assembled the production team, including the hosts and a camera operator. During production I led the creative execution and steered it according to predefined guidelines. Each Reel has a clear structure, a specific goal and a role within the wider communication strategy.
